Misel vas premami in nekaj trenutkov kasneje \u017ee veselo surfate med hotelskimi namestitvami na jadranski obali ter si ogledujete ponudbe, dokler vas iz sanjarjenja ne vr\u017ee telefonski klic. Vse skupaj pozabite in se posvetite slu\u017ebenim obveznostim. Ob naslednjem obisku spleta nekaj minut kasneje, ko ste na svojo idejo \u017ee \u010disto pozabili, vam v o\u010di pade oglas ob strani, ki vam ka\u017ee to\u010dno tisti hotel, pri ponudbi katerega ste se mudili nekaj \u010dasa nazaj in glej ga zlomka, tokrat gre \u0161e za \u201clast minute\u201d ponudbo po veliko bolj\u0161i ceni, kot ste si jo sprva ogledovali! <i>Klik, klik, klik \u2026<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Vam je kaj znano?<\/h2>\n<p>Morda ste za hipec pomislili, da je to usoda in vam podzavest sporo\u010da, da je vikend oddiha to\u010dno to, kar v tem trenutku potrebujete. Vendar pa tokrat \u017eal ne gre za kozmiko, pa\u010d pa (zgolj) za <strong>remarketing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Remarketing ni nova pogruntav\u0161\u010dina, je pa izredno u\u010dinkovita in v praksi \u0161e vedno marsikdaj spregledana tehnika sofisticiranega ciljanja na potencialne kupce, da se potem, ko jim je nekaj odvrnilo pozornost, vrnejo tja, kjer so ostali.<\/p>\n<p>Raz\u010distimo najprej zmotno prepri\u010danje \u0161tevilka 1:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>\u010ce uporabnik ni zaklju\u010dil nakupa ali se prijavil na novice, ga stvar o\u010ditno ne zanima.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Oh, kako zelo to ni res! Dejstvo je, da smo dandanes vsi neznansko (pre)zaposleni. Ravno zato je remarketing tako u\u010dinkovit &#8211; ker slu\u017ei kot <strong>prijazen opomnik va\u0161im potencialnim kupcem<\/strong>, da na va\u0161i spletni strani zaklju\u010dijo, kar so za\u010deli, medtem pa <strong>krepi znam\u010denje<\/strong> in sporo\u010dilo podjetja. Uporabniki vas na ta na\u010din po ko\u0161\u010dkih spoznavajo, vam pri\u010denjajo <strong>zaupati<\/strong> in so, ko imajo kon\u010dno spet prost trenutek, veliko bolj dovzetni za dejanski nakup va\u0161ega izdelka ali storitve.<\/p>\n<p>Verjetno se na tej to\u010dki spra\u0161ujete, kaj je torej tako krasnega pri remarketingu? Naj vam predstavimo tri svete grale remarketinga:<\/p>\n<h2>1. Precizno ciljanje na specifi\u010dna ob\u010dinstva<\/h2>\n<p>Ustrezno ciljanje na to\u010dno dolo\u010dena \u017eelena ob\u010dinstva, za katere obstaja veliko ve\u010dja verjetnost, da bodo opravili tisto, kar si \u017eelite od njih in to za name\u010dek \u0161e pri nizkih stro\u0161kih ogla\u0161evanja, so mokre sanje vsakega digitalnega strokovnjaka.<\/p>\n<p>Ko se lotevate remarketinga, je zraven strate\u0161ko razdelanega na\u010drta o tem, kaj sploh \u017eelite, najpomembnej\u0161a odlo\u010ditev ravno ta, komu \u017eelite prikazovati katere oglase. In hkrati tudi obratno, komu jih ne \u017eelite prikazovati. Ker ciljate \u017ee \u201cogret\u201d trg, so stro\u0161ki ogla\u0161evanja ni\u017eji<\/h2>\n<p>Za remarketing kampanje je zna\u010dilno, da ciljajo zelo specifi\u010dno, zato se prikazujejo le uporabnikom, ki so va\u0161o spletno stran \u017ee obiskali in obstaja ve\u010dja mo\u017enost, da se bo zgodila konverzija. Opisali vam bomo, kako se tega lotiti na dva na\u010dina, in sicer &#8211; <strong>preko Google Ads<\/strong> ali <a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/kako-z-google-analytics-do-kakovostnih-podatkov-za-poslovne-odlocitve\/\"><strong>Google Analytics<\/strong><\/a>. Priporo\u010damo slednje, saj ponuja ve\u010d manevrskega prostora za ustvarjanje ob\u010dinstev po lastnih \u017eeljah in potrebah. Odlo\u010ditev je na koncu va\u0161a, zato vam bomo predstavili obe poti.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi in temeljni korak v pripravi remarketing kampanje je ustvarjanje ob\u010dinstev. Priporo\u010damo, da se tega lotite z veliko premisleka in potrpe\u017eljivosti ter ustvarite vsa ob\u010dinstva, za katere \u017eelite izvajati remarketing. Tudi \u010de ste mnenja, da dolo\u010denega ob\u010dinstva \u0161e nekaj \u010dasa ne boste potrebovali in vam ga zato zdaj \u0161e ni treba ustvariti, to vseeno storite, saj se z bele\u017eenjem podatkov na va\u0161i spletni strani polnijo tudi va\u0161a ob\u010dinstva na podlagi pravil, ki jih boste ustvarili.<\/p>\n<h4>\u010ce se zadeve lotite preko Google Ads, naredite naslednje:<\/h4>\n<p>V Google Ads kliknite na znak <b>izvija\u010da<\/b> <b>(Tools)<\/b> v zgornjem desnem kotu in nato pod <b>\u201cShared library\u201d<\/b> izberite <b>\u201cAudience manager\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7273 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Screen-Shot-2018-08-01-at-12.38.47-300x183.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"183\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Najprej izberite <b>\u201cAudience source\u201d<\/b>. \u0160e preden namre\u010d ustvarite ob\u010dinstvo, morate pri\u010deti zbirati podatke o uporabnikih, ki so obiskali va\u0161o stran. Obstajata dve mo\u017enosti. Prva je <b>\u201cGoogle Ads tag\u201d<\/b>, del\u010dek kode, ki jo lahko implementirate na spletno stran preko Google Tag Managerja ali pa za pomo\u010d poprosite programerja.<\/p>\n<p>V kolikor pa uporabljate Google Analytics, vam priporo\u010damo uporabo te opcije, saj uporabi \u017ee obstoje\u010d <b>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/4-zablode-google-analitike\/\">Analytics Tag<\/a>\u201d<\/b>, zato vam ni treba implementirati ni\u010desar novega.<\/p>\n<p>Nato se pojavi vpra\u0161anje <b>\u201cCollect standard data available from this data source\u201d<\/b> ali <b>\u201cCollect specific attributes or parameters to personalize ads\u201d<\/b>. Za ve\u010dino ogla\u0161evalcev je tu primerna prva mo\u017enost, druga mo\u017enost pa pride v po\u0161tev pri dinami\u010dnem remarketingu (\u0161e eni zanimivi tehniki, ki pa je primerna za le dolo\u010dene vrste izdelkov ali storitev zato bomo o njej govorili drugi\u010d).<\/p>\n<p>Ko ste kon\u010dali z zgornjimi nastavitvami, se vam remarketing za vse uporabnike (\u201call visitors\u201d<i>\/\u00a0<\/i>\u201call users\u201d) vzpostavi samodejno (kar je na\u010deloma \u017ee dovolj, da za\u017eenete remarketing kampanjo, vendar raje berite \u0161e malo naprej), sami pa potem oblikujete \u0161e druga ob\u010dinstva tako, da v razdelku <b>Audience lists<\/b> kliknete na okrogel modri gumb z znakom +<b> (Create new audience)<\/b>. Izbirate lahko med Website visitors, App users, Youtube users, Customer list ali Custom visitors. Poglejmo si primer, kako ustvariti ob\u010dinstvo iz obiskovalcev strani (Website visitors). Ob\u010dinstvo ustrezno poimenujte, izberite katere uporabnike \u017eelite ciljati (npr. Visitors of a page) in pod katerimi pogoji (URL naslovi).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><b>*Nasvet*<\/b><br \/>\nTu bodite pozorni na razliko med <b>AND<\/b> in <b>OR<\/b>. AND namre\u010d poenostavljeno pomeni, da morajo uporabniki obiskali tako URL 1 kot tudi URL 2, da se \u0161tejejo kot del tega ob\u010dinstva. OR pa pomeni, da se bo uporabnik \u0161tel kot del ob\u010dinstva ne glede na to, kateri URL od navedenih bo obiskal. \u010ce povzamemo, se AND uporablja za ustvarjanje o\u017ejega kroga ob\u010dinstva, medtem ko se OR uporablja za ustvarjanje \u0161ir\u0161ega kroga ob\u010dinstva.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7272 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Screen-Shot-2018-08-01-at-12.39.00-300x223.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7271 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Screen-Shot-2018-08-01-at-12.39.13-300x165.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"165\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pod <b>Membership duration<\/b> izberite \u010dasovni okvir, koliko \u010dasa naj se uporabniki \u0161tejejo kot del ustvarjenega ob\u010dinstva. Priporo\u010den \u010dasovni okvir je 1 mesec, torej 30 dni, najve\u010dji \u010dasovni okvir pa je 540 dni (pribli\u017eno leto in pol).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7270 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Screen-Shot-2018-08-01-at-12.40.46-300x91.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"91\" \/><\/p>\n<p>V Google Ads lahko tako ustvarite seznam ob\u010dinstev za remarketing na podlagi \u017eelenih konverzij ali ogledov dolo\u010denih strani. Google Analytics pa na drugi strani ponuja vse to in \u0161e mnogo ve\u010d mo\u017enostmi za bolj poglobljeno in specifi\u010dno ciljanje po obna\u0161anju, demografiji, tehnologiji itd.<\/p>\n<h4>Sedaj se lahko posvetimo korakom za ustvarjanje ob\u010dinstev v Google Analytics:<\/h4>\n<p>\u0160e preden se lotite ustvarjanja ob\u010dinstev v Google Analytics, najprej poskrbite, da sta va\u0161a Google Ads in Google Analytics ra\u010duna povezana. \u010ce ju \u0161e niste povezali, to storite tako, da v Google Analytics kliknete <strong>Admin<\/strong>, pod <strong>Property<\/strong> izberete <strong>Google Ads linking<\/strong> in izberete Google Ads ra\u010dun, ki ga \u017eelite povezati z Google Analytics.<\/p>\n<p>V Google Analytics spodaj levo kliknite <b>Admin,<\/b> na sredinskem stolpcu <b>Property <\/b>kliknite <b>Tracking Info<\/b> in nato <b>Data Collection<\/b> ter prestavite gumb za <b>Remarketing<\/b> na <b>ON<\/b>, da se obarva svetlo modro. Lahko izberete katero od \u017ee priporo\u010denih ob\u010dinstev, Smart List ob\u010dinstvo (Google Analytics na podlagi analize va\u0161ih podatkov o konverzijah sam ustvari ob\u010dinstvo uporabnikov, za katere sklepa, da pri njih obstaja visoka verjetnost za konverzijo), uvozite segment (Import Segment) ali pa ustvarite svoje lastno novo ob\u010dinstvo (<b>Create New<\/b>).
