Pri\u010deli smo pred dobrimi \u0161estimi meseci in prodajni rezultati so \u017ee\u00a0<a title=\"Finance: Digitalno tr\u017eenje Alti prineslo dvakrat ve\u010d vpla\u010dil in petkrat ve\u010d mo\u017enih vlagateljev\" href=\"http:\/\/www.finance.si\/8837488\/Digitalno-tr%C5%BEenje-Alti-prineslo-dvakrat-ve%C4%8D-vpla%C4%8Dil-in-petkrat-ve%C4%8D-mo%C5%BEnih-vlagateljev\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tu<\/a>. Zadeva gre po po planu. Zagotavljanje pravih vsebin ob pravem \u010dasu za kupce omogo\u010da\u00a0<a title=\"Marketing automation v treh minutah\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/marketing-automation-v-treh-minutah\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">marketin\u0161ka avtomatizacija<\/a>, zelo mo\u010dno komunikacijsko orodje s potencialnimi naro\u010dniki pa je e-mail.<br \/>\nKot mnogo digitalnih aktivnosti ima tudi e-mail marketing tak malce lahkoten prizvok. Naredi\u0161 predloge, spi\u0161e\u0161 tekste in po\u0161lje\u0161 na bazo kontaktov. \u010ce ve\u010d ljudi odpre sporo\u010dilo, bo po verjetnostnem ra\u010dunu tudi ve\u010d ljudi kliknilo in na koncu kupilo. Enostavno, kajne?<\/p>\n<p>Na \u2018papirju\u2019 \u017ee, a prakti\u010dnega znanja pa je te\u017eko preve\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Prvih 6 mesecev programa je za nami in z na\u0161imi potencialnimi kupci komuniciramo vedno bolj u\u010dinkovito. \u0160tevilke to potrjujejo. Kako pa smo dosegli izbolj\u0161ave in kaj smo se ob tem nau\u010dili?<\/p>\n<h2>1. Testiraj predloge<\/h2>\n<p>V fazi na\u010drtovanja smo podrobno odgovorili na vpra\u0161anje,\u00a0<strong>kak\u0161ne informacije na\u0161e potencialne stranke potrebujejo<\/strong>. Obenem pa smo vedeli, da \u010disto vseh podatkov o njihovem obna\u0161anju na spletu \u0161e nimamo. Te nam lahko dajo le obiskovalci sami in \u017ee v samem za\u010detku smo predvideli mo\u017enosti A\/B\/n testiranj med projektom. Na ta na\u010din smo lahko izbolj\u0161ali odpiranja in konverzije. A ve\u010d o tem kasneje.<\/p>\n<p>Pripravili smo torej 4 razli\u010dne e-mail predloge, ki pokrijejo ve\u010dino komunikacijskih zahtev. Komunikacijskih, kaj pa tehni\u010dnih?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/EOA-rezultati-testa.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3198 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/EOA-rezultati-testa-300x151.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/EOA-rezultati-testa-300x151.png 300x, https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/EOA-rezultati-testa-1024x515.png 1024x, https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/EOA-rezultati-testa.png 1163x\" alt=\"EOA - rezultati e-mail testa\" width=\"300\" height=\"151\" \/><\/a>E-po\u0161tnih odjemalcev je veliko. V bazi leadov, ki jih nagovarjamo v na\u0161em\u00a0<em>lead nurturing<\/em>\u00a0projektu, je Gmail dale\u010d najpogostej\u0161i, sledi mu Apple\u00a0mail, imamo uporabnike razli\u010dnih serij Outlooka .. in ne smemo pozabiti mobilnih razli\u010dic.\u00a0<strong>Kako se na\u0161e predloge prikazujejo na posameznih mobilnih napravah?<\/strong>\u00a0Danes je ve\u010d kot polovica e-mailov odprtih na pametnih telefonih.<\/p>\n<p>Za preverjanje in izbolj\u0161evanje predlog smo uporabili\u00a0<a title=\"Email On Acid\" href=\"http:\/\/www.emailonacid.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Email On Acid<\/a>. Spletno orodje izgled in delovanje predloge testira v 45 e-mail klientih in na uporabniku (oblikovalcu, programerju, marketingarju, \u2026 ) prijazen na\u010din izpostavi morebitne pomanjkljivosti. Testiranje s tovrstnimi orodji je prej neusmiljeno \u2013 a izjemno koristno. Denimo\u00a0Outlook ima precej samosvoja pravila prikaza sporo\u010dila in \u010de jih ne upo\u0161tevamo, se lahko zgodi, da ciljna publika vsebinsko sicer odli\u010dnih sporo\u010dil sploh ne bo nikoli (prav dobro) videla.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Testiraj vsebino<\/h2>\n<p>Tehni\u010dno neprekosljivo delujo\u010de predloge so bile zagotovljene.\u00a0<strong>Katere pa najbolje delujejo pri prejemnikih? Je bolj\u0161e lepo oblikovano sporo\u010dilo ali samo goli tekst? Je bolje klikan modri ali zeleni gumb? Sploh potrebujemo gumbe?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sedaj govorimo o pravem A\/B\/n testiranju. E-maile smo pripravili v ve\u010d razli\u010dicah in ugotovili:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>da na\u0161i bralci raje klikajo tekstovne povezave kot gumbe,<\/li>\n<li>da imajo v splo\u0161nej\u0161ih (top-of-the-funnel) sporo\u010dilih raj\u0161i obliko in slike, medtem ko<\/li>\n<li>jih kasneje v prodajnem lijaku bolj pritegnejo personalizirana tekstovna sporo\u010dila.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gotovo ni presene\u010denje, da na\u0161e potencialne stranke raje odpirajo tiste e-maile, ki v Zadevi naslavljajo njihove te\u017eave, skrbi in re\u0161itve zanje \u2013 za razliko od produktno usmerjenih Zadev. Je pa zanimivo, da popularni naslovi tipa 5 nasvetov za \u2026 na na\u0161o bazo\u00a0ne naredijo posebnega vtisa.<\/p>\n<p>Nekatere ugotovitve niso presene\u010denje, a imajo veliko vrednost.\u00a0<strong>\u010ce jih ne bi testirali, bi vse ostalo na ravni predvidevanj<\/strong>. In za ta \u017ee\u00a0<a title=\"10 napak pri generiranju leadov na spletu\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/10-najpogostejsih-napak-pri-generiranju-leadov-na-spletu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vemo<\/a>, da ne vodijo k zmagam.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Segmentiraj \u2013 ko ima to smisel<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sporo\u010dila, pripravljena za posamezne segmente, funkcionirajo bolje od splo\u0161nih, ki nagovarjajo vse in nikogar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da, to pomeni ve\u010d dela. Pomeni ve\u010d razmi\u0161ljanja, predvidevanja in ve\u010d vpra\u0161anj tipa: \u201c<em>kaj pa bralec stori potem?<\/em>\u201d in \u201c<em>Zakaj bi sploh kaj storil?<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Strategija lead nurturing kampanje je bila pripravljena na podlagi raziskave trga in z mislijo na vrednost za bralca. Pri snovanju pa smo si vzeli dovolj \u010dasa tudi za vpra\u0161anji: \u201c<em><strong>Kaj lahko mi izvemo o bralcih?<\/strong><\/em>\u201d in \u201c<em><strong>Kako nam bo ta podatek koristil?<\/strong><\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vsebino na spletnih straneh smo postavili na na\u010din, da nam poda konkretne odgovore o interesih in motivih potencialnih kupcev. Podobno so zasnovana tudi e-mail sporo\u010dila. Pri vsakem je bila vodilo kakovostna vsebina \u2026 in nova informacija za nas. Ob podrobnem spoznavanju spletnih navad na\u0161ih naslovnikov program redno dopolnjujemo, ko vidimo, da je na nakupni poti potrebna dodatna komunikacija. Kak\u0161no zastavljeno \u2018pot\u2019 oziroma serijo e-mail sporo\u010dil pa smo tudi opustili, \u010de se ni najbolje izkazala. V interakciji bralci poka\u017eejo, kaj jim je v\u0161e\u010d in kaj ne.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Pripravi osebno vsebino<\/h2>\n<p>V lead nurturing procesu se e-mail sporo\u010dila razlikujejo.\u00a0<strong>Druga\u010de je, \u010de se z bralcem\/sogovornikom pogovarjamo prvi\u010d ali z nami komunicira redno. In druga\u010dni so odgovori, ki jih \u017eeli na za\u010detku svoje nakupne poti ali nekje na sredini.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V na\u0161em programu se je \u017ee pri slikah, gumbih in oblikovanju sporo\u010dil videlo, da imajo prejemniki druga\u010dna pri\u010dakovanja glede na to, v kateri fazi nakupne poti se nahajajo. Bolj kot napredujejo, manj jih zanimajo slike in oblike. Vedno bolje se odzivajo na \u010disto tekstovna sporo\u010dila, ki jih prejemajo od \u017ee znane svetovalke. Ta jim pomaga pri temah, o katerih so \u017ee brali in \u017eelijo izvedeti \u0161e ve\u010d. S testiranjem in razumevanjem uporabnika smo dosegli stopnjo odpiranja MOFU (<em>middle of the funnel<\/em>) e-mail sporo\u010dil preko 50%. To je pa \u017ee impresivna \u0161tevilka.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Optimiziraj marketing automation<\/h2>\n<p>Pri \u0161e tako dobrem na\u010drtovanju je vedno prostor za izbolj\u0161ave. V digitalnem svetu so natan\u010dni podatki o aktivnostih na voljo prakti\u010dno takoj in s pomo\u010djo testiranj lahko prvotni plan resni\u010dno prilagodimo kupcu.<\/p>\n<p>V na\u0161em primeru smo tako v 6 mesecih ugotovili, da sta dve e-mail predlogi dovolj. Izkazalo pa se je, da potrebujemo ve\u010d t.i. \u201cdrip\u201d kampanj, kot je bilo na za\u010detku planirano. Uspe\u0161nost serije e-mail sporo\u010dil na to\u010dno dolo\u010deno temo je izjemna. A tudi te bomo \u0161e optimizirali.<\/p>\n<p>Razmah dru\u017ebenih omre\u017eij in posameznih aplikacij ni zmanj\u0161al vpliva e-maila. Ta s sistemi marketin\u0161ke avtomatizacije in osredoto\u010denostjo na kupca ostaja\u00a0<strong>hrbtenica pametnega digitalnega marketinga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Kot ostala digitalna orodja pa tudi e-mail daje rezultate le, \u010de se ga lotimo premi\u0161ljeno. Minili so \u010dasi, ko je bil kupec pripravljen tolerirati sporo\u010dila ne glede na obliko, kakovost in relevantnost vsebine (\u010de so tak\u0161ni \u010dasi sploh kdaj obstajali).
