Rada ima velike \u0161tevilke, vendar se ji preprosto ne spla\u010da ukvarjati z vsakim kontaktom, ki ste ga pridobili v nagradni igri. \u2018Rezultati\u2019 se tu ka\u017eejo v veliki porabi dragocenega \u010dasa, ne preve\u010d zadovoljnih prodajalcih in \u0161e manj zadovoljnih kupcih. Ponavadi se na take klice ne odzovemo najbolje.<\/p>\n<h2>Lead scoring za lead nurturing<\/h2>\n<p>Ocenjevanje leadov oziroma<em>\u00a0lead scoring<\/em>\u00a0je\u00a0<strong>vzpostavitev to\u010dkovanja posameznih aktivnosti, ki jih na\u0161i kontakti po\u010dnejo na spletu<\/strong>. \u0160ele ko obiskovalec poka\u017ee dolo\u010deno stopnjo interesa (zbere dolo\u010deno \u0161tevilo to\u010dk), je pripravljen na klic prodaje. Ocenimo lahko tudi telefonske pogovore, sestanke in njihove rezultate ter vse skupaj pove\u017eemo v celovit pregled kupca. Z vidika marketinga pa je ocenjevanje aktivnosti na spletu najbolj pomembno. Vrnimo se torej na\u00a0<a title=\"15 TOP virov za digitalni marketing\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/15-top-virov-za-boljsi-digitalni-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">digital<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Matej je obiskal va\u0161o spletno stran in prenesel splo\u0161en vodi\u010d, ki ga promovirate. Tri tedne nazaj.<\/p>\n<p>Janja je v zadnjih dveh mesecih pre\u017eivela kar nekaj \u010dasa na pristajalnih straneh va\u0161ih produktov. Prebrala je 25 (to\u010dno veste, katerih) blog zapisov, ki naslavljajo njene izzive in prenesla celo knji\u017enico \u0161tudij primerov. Mirno lahko re\u010demo, da je \u2018zrela\u2019 za prodajal\u010dev klic. In najbr\u017e ga bo prav vesela, saj lahko le on odgovori na vpra\u0161anja, ki se ji porajajo sedaj.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pa \u0161e na eno vpra\u0161anje si je dobro odgovoriti:<br \/>\nKdo sta Matej in Janja?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pri ocenjevanju leada niso pomembne zgolj aktivnosti, temve\u010d tudi\u00a0<a title=\"Persone za vi\u0161jo prodajo\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/zelite-visjo-prodajo-zacnite-s-personami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">profil\u00a0<\/a>posameznika. Te podatke navadno dobite pri izpolnitvi kontaktnega obrazca. \u010ce veste, da je neaktivni Matej direktor prodaje v regijski verigi hotelov, boste bolj motivirani za vzpostavitev njegovega ponovnega anga\u017emaja, kot \u010de bi bil \u0161tudent, ki raziskuje va\u0161o panogo. Z vsem spo\u0161tovanjem do \u0161tudentov, lepo prosim.<br \/>\nJanja je pa direktorica uspe\u0161nega srednje velikega podjetja. Odlo\u010devalka torej. Zanjo se bi potrudili tudi, \u010de ne bi znala va\u0161e ponudbe na pamet.<\/p>\n<h2>Primer enostavnega to\u010dkovanja<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Leadom za posamezne aktivnosti damo to\u010dke in ko jih imajo dovolj, jih prodaja pokli\u010de<\/strong>. Ko kontakt dose\u017ee recimo 80 to\u010dk, gre v naslednjo fazo prodajnega lijaka. Lahko pa nalogo \u017ee v startu nastavite bolj kompleksno.<\/p>\n<h2>Kako Marketo ocenjuje svoje leade?<\/h2>\n<p>V knjigi\u00a0<em>Predictable Revenue<\/em>\u00a0Aaron Ross opisuje, kaj se je nau\u010dil kot vodja prodaje pri podjetju Salesforce.com. Ko ga je zanimalo, kako najbolje ocenjevati svoje leade, je \u0161el pa\u010d vpra\u0161at najbolj\u0161e. Marketo je globalno gledano eden vodilnih ponudnikov\u00a0<a title=\"Marketing automation v treh minutah\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/marketing-automation-v-treh-minutah\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">marketing automation<\/a>\u00a0sistemov, gotovo se spoznajo. Knjiga je bila napisana \u017ee nekaj let nazaj, a je vredna branja.<\/p>\n<p>Sistem je precej preprost. Lead ima od 0 do 100 to\u010dk in vi\u0161ja, kot je \u0161tevilka, bolj je zainteresiran. Morda ne ravno toliko, kot je podjetij, a vseeno veliko. Vi za svoj posel veste, katere (spletne) aktivnosti so vam (va\u0161im kupcem) najbolj pomembne ter katere persone so za va\u0161 posel najbolj relevantne.<\/p>\n<p>Vzpostavitev sistema to\u010dkovanja tudi ni enkraten proces, ki bi ga nastavili in zabetonirali za vse ve\u010dne \u010dase. Malo je tak\u0161nih stvari v svetu digitalnega marketinga. V praksi se neprestano u\u010dimo. Postavimo to\u010dkovanje in prehajanje po prodajnem lijaku na podlagi predvidevanj, znanja in prej\u0161njih izku\u0161enj, nato pa nam kupci s svojim obna\u0161anjem sami poka\u017eejo, kje in kaj je potrebno optimizirati.<\/p>\n<h2>Primopredaja leada v lead nurturing procesu<\/h2>\n<p>Lead scoring sistem, ki ga razumeta in podpi\u0161eta\u00a0<a title=\"Prodajni lijak \u0161e nikoli ni bil tako aktualen\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/prodajni-lijak-se-nikoli-ni-bil-tako-aktualen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tako marketing kot prodaja<\/a>, zagotavlja (oziroma precej pripomore), da sta oba oddelka zadovoljna. Prodaja pa lahko skupaj s seznamom zainteresiranih leadov prejme tudi seznam za aktivnosti za vsakega posebej. V praksi to pomeni, da pred prodajnim klicem dobro ve, kaj bodo\u010dega sogovornika zanima in boli ter kaj pri\u010dakuje. Kar dobre predispozicije za prodajni klic, \u010de mene vpra\u0161ate.<\/p>\n<p>S spremljanjem spletnih navad in obi\u010dajev boste dobro spoznali kupca. Te podatke lahko pove\u017eete v smiseln sistem to\u010dk, ki vam bo povedal, kdaj \u017eeli govoriti z vami oziroma z va\u0161o prodajo. Z ocenjevanjem leadov torej prihranite \u010das svojim prodajalcem in osre\u010dite kupca.
