Vsi vemo, da ga je fino imeti, a ker pogosto ni prav jasno, kaj naj od njega pri\u010dakujemo, smo previdni. Pri marsikaterem \u0161efu, direktorju, odlo\u010devalcu, \u010dlanu uprave itd. je\u00a0<strong>marketing ozna\u010den le z nalepko \u201ccost\u201d, ne pa tudi \u201crevenue driver\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0Posledica je te\u017eko upravi\u010devanje marketin\u0161kih investicij, oklepanje starih praks ter zmanj\u0161evanje vpliva, ki ga marketingarji lahko imajo\/mo na poslovne rezultate podjetja.<br \/>\nNekatera slovenska podjetja so fantasti\u010dna pri izrabi marketin\u0161kih mo\u017enosti oz. je \u017ee celotno podjetje pre\u017eeto z tr\u017eenjsko filozofijo. Za vse ostale pa so \u010dasi pravi za prevetritev marketin\u0161kega pristopa \u2013\u00a0<strong>kupci danes kupujejo druga\u010de<\/strong>\u00a0in stare metode vse slab\u0161e (ali sploh ne) delujejo.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi korak k spremembi je morda lahko ponoven\u00a0<strong>fokus marketinga na re\u0161evanje poslovnih problemov<\/strong>, ne na zadnje vro\u010de dru\u017eabno omre\u017eje? Na kupca, ne na ogla\u0161evalske kampanje?<\/p>\n<h2>Od komunikacije k prodajnemu procesu<\/h2>\n<p>Velik del marketinga je v podjetjih, sploh v Sloveniji, izena\u010den z ogla\u0161evanjem. \u010ce vpra\u0161ate ljudi izven panoge, je to tako ali tako eno in isto. Z ogla\u0161evanjem ni ni\u010d narobe \u2013 omogo\u010da nam dostop do novih ljudi in raz\u0161iritev dosega, ki bi ga podjetje druga\u010de imelo (koli\u010dina vrat, na katera lahko prodajnik potrka, je pa\u010d omejena).\u00a0<strong>Pomankljivost ogla\u0161evanja je, da samo po sebi ve\u010dinoma ne more ve\u010d prinesti poslovnih rezultatov<\/strong>, saj je splet korenito spremenil nakupni proces kupcev. Kaj nam pomaga velik vlo\u017eek v prepoznavnost, \u010de kupci nato sami razi\u0161\u010dejo na\u0161o ponudbo, poi\u0161\u010dejo alternative (zdaj, ko smo jim dali idejo kaj naj i\u0161\u010dejo) in na koncu izberejo konkurenco?<\/p>\n<p>Bistvo marketinga je v v<strong>plivanju na vse faze prodajnega procesa<\/strong>: od oblikovanja ponudbe pa do ponakupnega obna\u0161anja (ponovne prodaje, upsell, podpore itd.). \u010ce fokus premaknemo le iz komunikacije, lahko ve\u010d poudarka dajemo:<\/p>\n<h3>\u2026 spoznavanju strank!<\/h3>\n<p>Z vidika prodaje nas o potencialnem kupcu zelo zanima, kaj je njegov problem in kako se mu mudi z re\u0161itvijo. Scenarije, kjer manjka ena od teh kategorij, pozna vsak prodajnik. Re\u0161itev je prava, ponudba je dobra, a po enem letu ta projekt \u0161e kar ni pri\u0161el na vrsto. Diagnoza? Ponujali smo re\u0161itev problema, ki ni dovolj pere\u010d.\u00a0<strong>Z digitalno analitiko lahko ugotavljamo, kaj kupci i\u0161\u010dejo<\/strong>\u00a0in gledajo (spoznavamo njihov problem), z lead nurturing\/scoring aktivnostmi pa ocenjujemo, kdaj je problem pri\u0161el na vrsto. Je kaj bolj\u0161ega kot klic prodajnika v trenutku, ko je na\u0161a re\u0161itev podjetju nujna?<\/p>\n<h3>\u2026 vplivanju na kup\u010devo odlo\u010ditev!<\/h3>\n<p>Bolje poznamo pot pot oz.\u00a0<em>customer journey<\/em>, ki jo bo od raziskovanja do nakupa prehodil na\u0161 kupec, la\u017eje bomo vplivali nanj v posameznih fazah. Kje bo prvi\u010d sli\u0161al za nas, kdaj bo iskal re\u0161itev, koga bo vpra\u0161al, kje bo pri\u0161el v stik z nami in kje s konkurenco itd. Z izdelavo\u00a0<a title=\"Izdelava person kupcev\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/zelite-visjo-prodajo-zacnite-s-personami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">person in spoznavanjem kupcev<\/a>\u00a0si postavimo dobro izhodi\u0161\u010de za naslednji korak:\u00a0<strong>pripravo pravih vsebin, orodij in sporo\u010dil na tistih mestih, kjer se nahaja potencialni kupec.<\/strong>\u00a0Tako njegove odlo\u010ditve ne prepu\u0161\u010damo naklju\u010dju, temve\u010d posku\u0161amo ugotavljati, kje v nakupnem procesu se nahaja in katere vsebine mu lahko ponudimo.<\/p>\n<h3>\u2026 ustvarjanju vi\u0161je vrednosti za kupca!<\/h3>\n<p>Meni v\u0161e\u010den primer je npr. portal\u00a0<a title=\"Moj.Simobil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.a1.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Moj.Simobil<\/a>\u00a0ali spletna aplikacija\u00a0<a title=\"ALTA \" href=\"http:\/\/www.alta.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ALTE<\/a>, eSkladi (zavoljo transparentnosti:\u00a0z obema podjetjema smo delali, vendar nismo imeli prstov vmes pri razvoju omenjenih aplikacij). Oboje na eni strani pomaga pri upsell\/cross-sell aktivnostih, na drugi pa dviguje vrednost storitve v o\u010deh kupca. Zakaj bi hodil v poslovalnico, \u010de lahko vse naredim na daljavo?\u00a0<strong>Ko govorimo o dvigu prodaje s pomo\u010djo digitalnega marketinga<\/strong>, se vedno spla\u010da razmisliti tudi o tem, kje lahko kupcu ponudimo ve\u010d. Ne v cenovnem smislu, temve\u010d iz vidika uporabe. \u010ce npr. omogo\u010dimo spletni nakup ne\u010desa, za kar je bilo doslej nujno sre\u010danje z agentom, bo to zagotovo navdu\u0161ilo del spletnih uporabnikov, podjetju pa zni\u017ealo stro\u0161ke teh prodaj. Win-win situacija?<\/p>\n<h2>Spremembe za rezultate<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cPodpiranje offline kampanj\u201d (karkoli \u017ee to pomeni) in podobne usmeritve so le prenos starih pristopov na splet. Startupovski rek\u00a0<em>Grow fast or die slow (Rasti hitro ali umiraj po\u010dasi)<\/em>\u00a0v malo prilagojeni obliki velja tudi za marketing vsakega podjetja:\u00a0<strong>za\u010dni se spreminjati ali za\u010dni umirati.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spremembe v digitalnem marketingu so enostavno\u00a0<strong>prevelike in omogo\u010dajo preve\u010d, da bi jih uspe\u0161na podjetja spregledala<\/strong>. B2C panoge se vse bolj zana\u0161ajo na splet (\u0161e najmanj so na tem podro\u010dju naredila FMCG podjetja, kar je seveda razumljivo \u2013 marketing automation za prodajo jogurtov in online support za recikla\u017eo lon\u010dka morda ni ravno smer, v katero se spla\u010da iti), B2B pa se tudi vztrajno\u00a0<a title=\"Smrt B2B prodajnika\" href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forrester\/2015\/04\/15\/death-of-a-b2b-salesman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">digitalizira<\/a>. Samo vpra\u0161anje \u010dasa je, kdaj bodo vse te aktivnosti postale \u201cmainstream\u201d tudi v Sloveniji, kjer digitalnih mo\u017enosti \u0161e ne izkori\u0161\u010damo dovolj. O digitalnih\u00a0<a title=\"10 digitalnih trendov za va\u0161o marketin\u0161ko strategijo\" href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/neilpatel\/2015\/03\/09\/10-digital-marketing-trends-in-2015-that-will-boost-your-strategy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trendih<\/a>\u00a0je veliko napisanega, izkoristili pa jih bodo lahko le tisti marketingarji, ki so za\u00a0<a title=\"Dvig prodaje z digitalnim marketingom\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/prodate-le-10-kontaktom-dvignite-konverzijo\/\">dvig prodaje<\/a>\u00a0pripravljeni raz\u0161iriti pogled na celoten nakupni proces kupca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marketing je po eni strani podoben nacionalnemu interesu \u2013 ko je govora o njem, se marsikdo prime za \u017eep.
