A sporo\u010dilo je jasno: marketing je obi\u010dajno tisti, ki ustvarja lepe slike, lepe ljudi in lepe zgodbe. Vse lepo in prav, a vendarle \u2013 je lahko marketing ve\u010d kot to?<\/p>\n<h2>Marketing je tvegan \u0161port<\/h2>\n<p>Marketin\u0161ka sredstva so v ve\u010dini primerov tvegana investicija. Ko govorimo o kazalcih, kakr\u0161en je ROMI (return on marketing investment), je zato seveda treba imeti v mislih, da vlaganja v marketing niso enaka vlaganju v nov pakirni stroj. Slednje je predvidljiva investicija, marketin\u0161ka vlaganja pa so nekoliko bolj \u2026 volatilna. Iz tega naslova je fokus marketinga na plakate razumljiv: \u010de je na\u0161 cilj narediti oglase, tega ne moremo zgre\u0161iti in vsi gremo zadovoljni domov. Vpra\u0161anje, ali je marketing lahko ve\u010d kot to, zato obrnimo druga\u010de:\u00a0<em>si sploh \u017eelimo, da bi bil?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ker \u017eelite zgraditi uspe\u0161no podjetje (ali marketin\u0161ki oddelek), je odgovor seveda \u201cda\u201d. Vpliv marketinga na poslovne rezultate podjetja je danes lahko izjemen, zahteva pa uporabo druga\u010dnih pristopov.\u00a0<strong>Marketing je lahko tisti, ki na trgu zazna potrebo po storitvah in produktih; izdelke pripelje v stik s kupci; navdu\u0161uje in vpliva na odlo\u010ditve kupcev; prodaji pomaga dose\u010di bolj\u0161e rezultate; obstoje\u010dim strankam proda ve\u010d in ve\u010dkrat.<\/strong>\u00a0Precej druga\u010de, kot \u010de je ujet v proizvodnjo jumbo plakatov in kampanj, ne?<\/p>\n<h2>Digitalni pretres<\/h2>\n<p>Veliko vlogo pri tem igra digitalna disrupcija oz. digitalni pretres obstoje\u010dih metod, ki se kon\u010dno dogaja tudi v marketingu. Pristopi, kot so performance marketing, marketin\u0161ka avtomatizacija, vsebinski marketing, real-time-bidding (RTB) ogla\u0161evanje ter izjemne mo\u017enosti analitike, niso le novotarije, o katerih se lahko pogovarjamo na konferencah. So dejansko orodja, ki zelo hitro poka\u017eejo rezultate \u2013 dobre ali slabe. S tem pridemo do spremembe miselnosti, ki jo dobri marketingarji \u017ee spravljajo v prakso:\u00a0<strong>zasledovanje rezultatov je proces, ne enkratna akcija<\/strong>. \u010ce si \u017eelimo rezultatov, moramo sprejeti dejstvo, da takoj na za\u010detku morda ne bodo posebej dobri. S slednjim se zdaj soo\u010damo tako, da rezultatov preprosto ne merimo ali pa jih pospravimo v kategorijo \u201cbrandinga\u201d (po tem merilu so za\u010duda vedno vse akcije uspe\u0161ne \u2026 ).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fokus na metrike<\/strong>, dejansko pomembne podjetju (npr. Facebook lajki so sicer lahko dober marketin\u0161ki kazalec, a le redko najdejo pot do bilanc konec leta),\u00a0<strong>je osrednja zna\u010dilnost marketin\u0161kih aktivnosti podjetij<\/strong>, o katerih pogosto beremo v raznih primerih dobre prakse (npr.\u00a0<a title=\"Amazon.com The Culture of Metrics\" href=\"http:\/\/www.smartinsights.com\/digital-marketing-strategy\/online-business-revenue-models\/amazon-case-study\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Amazon<\/a>). Pri tem velja imeti v mislih, da\u00a0<strong>se u\u010dinkovitost ne zgodi, ampak zgradi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Naslednja postaja: vrednost in prihodek<\/h2>\n<p>V\u010dasih se z Madwise ekipo znajdemo na sestanku, kjer se nato pogovarjamo z lastnikom in direktorjem podjetja v eni osebi. Osrednja tema tovrstnih sestankov, ne glede na za\u010detno marketin\u0161ko obarvanost, je kot po pravilu \u2013 kako lahko podjetje, ne le marketing, dose\u017ee ve\u010d. Ko digitalni marketing namesto (le) stro\u0161ka postane investicija, i\u0161\u010de odgovore na vpra\u0161anja, pomembna za posel in prodajo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kako lahko prodaji pomagamo identificirati potencialne kupce?<\/li>\n<li>Kako lahko izmerimo vpliv mailinga, Google oglasov, Facebooka, mobilnih oglasov, spletnih vsebin, druga\u010dne predstavitve ponudbe \u2026 ?<\/li>\n<li>Kako lahko izmerimo, kak\u0161ne rezultate je prinesla zadnja kampanja?<\/li>\n<li>Kako nas kupci najdejo in kateri kanal nam prinese ve\u010d povpra\u0161evanj, nakupov, klicev \u2026 ?<\/li>\n<li>Kak\u0161en je na\u0161 prodajni lijak in s katerim delom se nam najbolj spla\u010da ukvarjati?<\/li>\n<li>Kaj kupci kupujejo, \u010desa ne, kje jih izgubimo, kje jih dobimo?<\/li>\n<li>itd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sprememba, po kateri smo vsi na bolj\u0161em<\/h2>\n<p>Google ima simpati\u010dno navodilo, kako poskrbeti, da boste visoko na njihovem iskalniku:\u00a0<strong>ustvarjajte vrednost za uporabnika<\/strong>. Ta napotek velja tudi za digitalni marketing, usmerjen v rezultate: \u010de ustvarjamo vrednost za kupca, smo \u017ee na pravi poti. Na bolj\u0161em so tako potro\u0161niki, ki dobijo ve\u010d ter la\u017eje izberejo pravo ponudbo, kot podjetje, ki je zaradi tega bolj uspe\u0161no na trgu.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi korak k bolj u\u010dinkovitemu, k rezultatom usmerjenemu digitalnemu marketingu je mogo\u010de lahko:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Spletna analitika\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/marketinske-storitve\/spletna-analitika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">analitika<\/a>? Z vzpostavitvijo relevantnih metrik in kazalcev bomo dobili informacije o potencialnih kupcih in jih povezali z na\u0161imi aktivnostmi.<\/li>\n<li>za\u010detek\u00a0<a title=\"Lead generation\" href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/vodici-po-digitalnem-marketingu\/lead-generation-vodic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lead generation\/nurturinga<\/a>? Dokler prinesejo ve\u010d prihodka, kot stanejo, so smiselni. Danes imamo na voljo vsa orodja za to.
