Naloga vsebine je, da to zanimanje ohrani in ga usmeri proti naslednjemu koraku \u2013 kliku na CTA ali drugo relevantno povezavo. Prav ta to\u010dka pogosto odlo\u010da: bo sporo\u010dilo zaprto ali pa bo vodilo do obiska spletne strani in tudi konverzije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u010dinkovit e-mail design \u2013 tako za desktop kot mobilne naprave \u2013 je skupaj z vsebino klju\u010dni del u\u010dinkovite e-mail kampanje. V nadaljevanju poka\u017eemo, <strong>kateri elementi sestavljajo dobro strukturirano e-mail sporo\u010dilo in kako jih uporabiti<\/strong> pri oblikovanju predlog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">U\u010dinkovit e-mail se ne za\u010dne pri dizajnu \u2013 za\u010dne se pri vsebini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preden se ukvarjamo z gumbi, slikami in postavitvijo, se moramo vpra\u0161ati: kaj je sploh bistvo sporo\u010dila? <strong>Zakaj ga po\u0161iljamo<\/strong> in <strong>kaj naj uporabnik naredi, ko ga prebere<\/strong>? \u010ce to ni jasno \u017ee na za\u010detku, tudi najbolj dodelan email design ne bo pomagal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najve\u010dkrat te\u017eava ni v dizajnu, ampak v vsebini brez fokusa \u2013 preve\u010d informacij, premalo koristi in nobene poti do CTA-ja. Dobra struktura se za\u010dne z jasnim ciljem. Sporo\u010dilo mora biti kratko, razumljivo in prilagojeno tistemu, ki ga bere \u2013 naj gre za promocijo izdelka, vabilo ali predstavitev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160ele ko je vsebina postavljena, ima smisel razmi\u0161ljati o tem, kako jo zapakirati. Email design naj podpre sporo\u010dilo, ne pa ga zakriva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HTML e-mail ali all-image? Odvisno, na kaj se va\u0161e ob\u010dinstvo bolje odziva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vpra\u0161anje, ali je bolj\u0161i HTML ali all-image e-mail, nima univerzalnega odgovora. Gre za dva razli\u010dna pristopa \u2013 eden omogo\u010da ve\u010djo prilagodljivost vsebine in bolj\u0161o dostopnost, drugi pa popoln nadzor nad vizualnim izgledom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HTML e-maili<\/strong> so bolj\u0161a izbira zaradi manj\u0161e velikosti datotek, bolj\u0161e dostavljivosti in bolj\u0161e dostopnosti (npr. podpora za alt besedilo pri slikah). Omogo\u010dajo hitrej\u0161e nalaganje in bolj\u0161o zdru\u017eljivost z razli\u010dnimi e-po\u0161tnimi odjemalci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po drugi strani pa <strong>all-image e-maili<\/strong> omogo\u010dajo popoln nadzor nad oblikovanjem in zagotavljajo poenoten vizualni izgled, ne glede na nastavitve prejemnika (npr. temni na\u010din). Ve\u010dje velikosti datotek lahko upo\u010dasnijo nalaganje, nekatere e-po\u0161tne platforme pa slike privzeto blokirajo \u2013 kar pomeni, da uporabnik sploh ne vidi va\u0161ega sporo\u010dila tako, kot ste na\u010drtovali. \u010ce v e-mailih ne uporabljate alt besedila, zmanj\u0161ujete dostopnost, zlasti za uporabnike z omejenim prikazom slik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veliko po\u0161iljateljev uporablja kombiniran pristop. Kar deluje za eno ob\u010dinstvo, ne bo nujno za drugo. To pomeni, da so bolj dostopna \u2013 tudi \u010de prejemnik ne nalo\u017ei slik, bo videl glavno sporo\u010dilo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poleg tega alt besedilo poskrbi, da slike niso \u00bbnevidne\u00ab, \u010de jih bralnik blokira. Prednost tega pristopa je tudi v personalizaciji \u2013 la\u017eje vklju\u010dite dinami\u010dne bloke, kot so priporo\u010deni izdelki, podatki o uporabniku, ime ali vsebine glede na vedenje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prav tako HTML e-mail bolje podpira sledenje interakcijam \u2013 klikom, branosti in lokaciji posameznih elementov. \u010ce uporabljate e-mail platforme, kot so Klaviyo ali ActiveCampaign, je to skoraj vedno privzeti pristop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdaj all-image e-mail design deluje \u2013 in kdaj odpove<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ededed\"><strong>All-image e-mail daje po\u0161iljatelju popoln nadzor nad tem, kako bo sporo\u010dilo videti pri prejemniku. Celotna vsebina \u2013 od naslovov do CTA-jev \u2013 je lahko oblikovana to\u010dno tako, kot \u017eelite. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To pride prav pri kampanjah, kjer je dizajn klju\u010den (npr. sezonske akcije, produktne predstavitve, luksuzne blagovne znamke). Poleg tega se pri tem pristopu la\u017eje izognete nepravilnemu prikazu pisav, razmetanemu <em>layoutu<\/em> ali spremembi barv, \u0161e posebej v <em>dark mode<\/em> okolju. A vse to pride z omejitvami \u2013 \u010de odjemalec ne nalo\u017ei slik, bralec ne vidi ni\u010desar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poleg tega imajo all-image e-maili pogosto slab\u0161o dostavljivost, saj jih spam filtri lahko prepoznajo kot \u00bbsumljive\u00ab. Za e-commerce je to lahko dobra izbira, \u010de uporabljate odli\u010dno vizualno podobo \u2013 a vseeno svetujemo premi\u0161ljen razrez na ve\u010d delov in natan\u010den vnos alt besedil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zgradba e-maila: kak\u0161en naj bo e-mail design, da vas ne zaprejo po dveh vrsticah<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko sestavljamo e-mail, moramo razmi\u0161ljati, kaj bo prejemnik najprej videl \u2013 in ali ga bo to spodbudilo, da bo bral naprej. Oglejmo si glavne elemente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Header \u2013 prvi stik, ki naj takoj pove bistvo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V glavi naj bo jasno, kdo ste. Jasno mora povedati, kaj sporo\u010date. \u010ce ne prepri\u010da, ve\u010dina sploh ne bo pogledala naprej (<em>below the fold<\/em>). Struktura naj sledi <em>mobile-first<\/em> logiki \u2013 najprej razmislite, kako bo delovala na telefonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hero blok \u2013 glavno sporo\u010dilo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vsebuje naslov, podnaslov, sliko in CTA. Ta del mora hitro povedati, zakaj e-mail sploh obstaja. \u010ce vklju\u010dite sliko, dodajte tudi alt besedilo \u2013 pogosto re\u0161i situacijo, ko se slike ne prika\u017eejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sekundarne vsebine \u2013 kako jih strukturirati<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte le nujno: koristi, dodatna pojasnila ali povezave. Naj bodo kratke, pregledne in ne preglasijo glavnega sporo\u010dila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Produktni blok \u2013 avtomatiziran ali ro\u010dno zgrajen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avtomatski prikaz izdelkov je hitrej\u0161i, ro\u010dna izbira pa omogo\u010da bolj\u0161o predstavitev. Odvisno od cilja kampanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Footer \u2013 zakonito najpomembnej\u0161i del e-maila<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tukaj ne sme manjkati ni\u010d: kontakt, podjetje, odjava, pravna obvestila. Footer naj bo pregleden in tehni\u010dno brezhiben \u2013 tukaj ni prostora za napake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mobilni ali desktop e-mail? Oboje. A ne na enak na\u010din<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobilni in namizni e-mail se na prvi pogled morda ne razlikujeta prav dosti, a v praksi gre za povsem razli\u010dno uporabni\u0161ko izku\u0161njo. <strong>Postavitev MORA biti prilagojena obema prikazoma<\/strong> \u2013 ne samo <em>responsive<\/em>, ampak premi\u0161ljena. Gumbi morajo biti dovolj veliki za dotik, pisava mora biti berljiva brez pove\u010dave, besedilo naj bo kraj\u0161e. CTA naj bo postavljen visoko, saj veliko uporabnikov sploh ne <em>skrola<\/em>. A ravno zato se pogosto zgodi, da glavno sporo\u010dilo izgubi mo\u010d \u2013 ker ni jasno izpostavljeno. Na sliki si oglejte razporeditev elementov: ali je hero blok dovolj mo\u010dan? S preprostimi A\/B testi lahko hitro ugotovite, kaj pri va\u0161em ob\u010dinstvu deluje bolje. Uporabnik mora takoj vedeti, zakaj bere in kaj lahko naredi naprej.
