Slaba novica je, da teh ne morete kupiti, lahko jih zgolj spodbudite. A zato morate <strong>ponujati<\/strong> <strong>izjemno dober izdelek <\/strong>ali pa vrhunsko storitev.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predpostavimo, da to imate. Kako torej, v \u010dasu poplave digitalnega, uporabiti najbolj u\u010dinkovito analogno taktiko? Bodimo iskreni. Brez digitalnega nastopa ne bo \u0161lo. Zato ne \u010dudi, da <strong>WoM ustvari 2-krat ve\u010d prodaje<\/strong> kot vse ogla\u0161evanje skupaj \u2013 osebna priporo\u010dila namre\u010d zvi\u0161ajo verjetnost nakupa za kar 4-krat. Verjamemo, da sedaj razumete mo\u010d na\u0161ega argumenta. Zato k strategiji. Kako lahko spodbudite vrtinec priporo\u010dil zadovoljnih kupcev? Poglejmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Epska nakupna izku\u0161nja&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brez odli\u010dne nakupne izku\u0161nje ne bo \u0161lo. S tem mislimo zares odli\u010dno, \u010de ne kar epsko izku\u0161njo. \u010ce so va\u0161i kupci ali uporabniki dele\u017eni povpre\u010dne ali celo slabe nakupne izku\u0161nje, lahko na vse skupaj pozabite. Odli\u010dnost se pa\u010d zgodi ob izpolnjenih ve\u010dih predpostavkah. Od izdelka ali storitve do same nakupne izku\u0161nje. Vse mora biti vrhunsko. Pri tem izjemno pomembno vlogo odigrata tako vizualna podoba ter skrbno na\u010drtovan postopek spletnega nakupa na vseh napravah in kanalih kot tudi kakovost ponakupnega odnosa s kupcem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zavedamo se, da je odli\u010dnost na vseh nivojih v resnici dokaj redka. Zato WoM spodbuja govorice od ust do ust. Pri tem obstaja nekaj zelo u\u010dinkovitih taktik:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Spodbujajte ustvarjanje ter deljenje foto in video posnetkov<\/strong> (ponudite lahko popust ali darilo in podobno). S tako ustvarjenimi vsebinami ustvarite ob\u010dutek skupnosti. Namen WoM-a je, da ljudje govorijo o vas. A kon\u010dni cilj je <strong>dose\u010di \u010dim vi\u0161jo stopnjo konverzije<\/strong>, poleg te pa tudi utrditi blagovno znamko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med razli\u010dnimi generacijami so za WoM najbolj dovzetni tako milenijci kot tudi generacija Z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marketing od ust do ust v B2B svetu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>WoM je kralj vplivne\u017eev tudi v B2B. Ko so podjetja, ki so kupovala programsko opremo, vpra\u0161ali, kaj je najbolj u\u010dinkovit prodajni argument, jih je namre\u010d kar 55 % dejalo, da priporo\u010dilo od ust do ust (vir: Hubspot).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WoM v B2B mora biti precej bolj namenski in spodbujati <strong>deljenje pozitivnih mnenj<\/strong>.
