V zadnjih letih so spletne trgovine z njihovo pomo\u010djo kupcem mo\u010dno pribli\u017eale nakupovanje in ga izpopolnile do te mere, da razlika med spletnimi in nespletnimi potro\u0161ni\u0161kimi kanali <\/em>tako<em> reko\u010d ni ve\u010d opazna. Kako pa bo v prihodnje?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V zadnjih letih so se na\u0161e nakupovalne prakse precej spremenile, zaradi \u010desar nakupovanje postaja vedno bolj hibridno. \u017de tako zabrisane meje med fizi\u010dnim in digitalnim postajajo \u0161e manj razlo\u010dne, nakupovanje pa vedno bolj povezana izku\u0161nja. Rezultat? Med potro\u0161niki se je pojavila nova, <strong>\u00bbbrezkompromisna\u00ab miselnost<\/strong>, saj kupci od vsake online in offline interakcije pri\u010dakujejo le najbolj\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Omnikanalno nakupovanje se po\u010dasi poslavlja<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vedno ve\u010dja pri\u010dakovanja po medsebojni povezanosti obeh svetov trgovcem prina\u0161ajo kopico novih izzivov. Kako potro\u0161nikom omogo\u010diti <strong>priro\u010dnost in neposrednost spleta<\/strong> tudi v fizi\u010dnih, offline okoljih? Strokovnjaki predvidevajo, da bo v prihodnje klju\u010dna integracija digitalnega v offline prostore (vir: Meta). Tehnologija bo namre\u010d tudi v prihodnosti omogo\u010dala bolj u\u010dinkovito nakupovalno izku\u0161njo in odpravljala dolo\u010dene omejitve, povezane z nakupovanjem v fizi\u010dnih trgovinah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Splet \u2013 nova izhodi\u0161\u010dna to\u010dka za prenekateri nakup<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakupovalne navade potro\u0161nikov se spreminjajo \u2013 v izogib natrpanim prostorom in prena\u0161anju te\u017ekih nakupovalnih vre\u010dk mnogi vse bolj pogosto kupujejo online. Splet je postal privla\u010dna in priro\u010dna destinacija, hkrati pa tudi izhodi\u0161\u010dna to\u010dka za mnoge <strong>\u00bbbrezkompromisne\u00ab kupce. <\/strong>Raziskave namre\u010d ka\u017eejo, da 60 % anketirancev pred odhodom v trgovino izdelke preveri na spletu, kar 84 % kupcev pa nakup v fizi\u010dni trgovini opravi po tem, ko za dolo\u010deni izdelek izvedo prek dru\u017ebenih medijev (vir: HarrisX).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/madwise-svetuje-ucinkovit-omnikanalni-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Omnikanalne strategije<\/a> bodo sicer klju\u010dne za zadovoljstvo \u00bbbrezkompromisnih\u00ab kupcev tudi v prihodnosti. Vendar pa se bodo trgovci, ki bodo omogo\u010dali povezljivost razli\u010dnih kanalov med sabo, svojim kupcem la\u017eje prilagodili in jim posledi\u010dno omogo\u010dili tudi <strong>bolj\u0161o nakupovalno izku\u0161njo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kako elemente spletnega nakupovanja prenesti v offline svet?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Da se bodo trgovci v fizi\u010dnih trgovinah sploh lahko merili z u\u010dinkovitostjo in priro\u010dnostjo spletnih trgovin, se bodo morali soo\u010diti z izzivom, kako kupcem, ki nakupujejo v fizi\u010dnih trgovinah, skraj\u0161ati <strong>\u010das nakupovanja<\/strong>. Pri spletnem nakupovanju potro\u0161niki namre\u010d prihranijo precej \u010dasa, poleg tega pa jim sodobne re\u0161itve v online svetu ponujajo tudi druge prednosti. Nakupovanje prek spleta denimo omogo\u010da takoj\u0161en <strong>vpogled v zalogo<\/strong> izdelkov \u2013 na primer glede velikosti, barve in koli\u010dine \u2013 medtem ko je to v fizi\u010dni trgovini te\u017eje preveriti oziroma od kupca zahteva precej ve\u010d \u010dasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljudje v fizi\u010dnih trgovinah pogosto pogre\u0161ajo u\u010dinkovitost, ki jo omogo\u010da spletno nakupovanje. Vendar pa jo lahko v vedno ve\u010dji meri omogo\u010dijo tudi trgovci tudi v fizi\u010dnih trgovinah \u2013 in sicer z uporabo digitalnih re\u0161itev, kot so na primer <strong>mobilne aplikacije<\/strong> in<strong> QR kode<\/strong>. Z njihovo pomo\u010djo lahko potro\u0161niki dobijo vpogled v zalogo izdelkov tudi v fizi\u010dni trgovini, ali pa pridobijo dodatne informacije o izdelkih, ne da bi jim bilo treba med policami iskati najbli\u017ejo prodajalko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bo zaradi uporabe novih tehnologij konec trgovine, kot jo poznamo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V tujini so vedno bolj priljubljene tudi druge visokotehnolo\u0161ke re\u0161itve, ki slonijo na povezljivosti online in offline na\u010dinov nakupovanja \u2013 npr. blagajne, ki delujejo s pomo\u010djo tehnologije za prepoznavanje obrazov ali pa mo\u017enost dodajanja izdelkov v virtualni vozi\u010dek za kasnej\u0161i prevzem ali dostavo na dom. S pomo\u010djo <strong>virtualne <\/strong>(VR) in <strong>obogatene resni\u010dnosti<\/strong> (AR) lahko trgovci v fizi\u010dnih trgovinah znova pritegnejo kupce in jih prepri\u010dajo v ponovni obisk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Udobje in izku\u0161nja sta za kupce klju\u010dnega pomena<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Doslej je prevladovala miselnost, da spletno nakupovanje predstavlja <strong>udobje<\/strong>, nakupovanje v fizi\u010dnih trgovinah pa <strong>izku\u0161njo<\/strong>. Toda spletne trgovine kupcem bolj kot kdajkoli prej ponujajo edinstveno izku\u0161njo, trgovci v fizi\u010dnih trgovinah pa jim s pomo\u010djo novih tehnologij omogo\u010dajo udobje, ki mu ni para.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tesnej\u0161a <strong>integracija pametnih telefonov<\/strong> v sam nakupni proces bi tako lahko pritegnila ve\u010d kupcev in jim omogo\u010dila bolj spontane nakupe. Eden izmed najpogostej\u0161ih razlogov za obisk fizi\u010dne trgovine je ravno dejstvo, da lahko kupci izdelke vidijo v \u017eivo, se jih dotaknejo in jih imajo mo\u017enost preizkusiti. Mnogi pa si \u017eelijo, da bi jih nove tehnologije pri tem \u0161e dodatno podprle in izbolj\u0161ale njihovo izku\u0161njo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kaj torej sledi?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ker so se potro\u0161niki spletnega nakupovanja, ki je hitro in u\u010dinkovito, \u017ee dodobra navadili, potrebujejo nekaj, kar jih bo pritegnilo, da pogosteje obi\u0161\u010dejo fizi\u010dne trgovine. \u010ce lahko izdelek preprosto naro\u010dijo iz udobja doma\u010dega naslanja\u010da, zakaj bi potem hodili v trgovino? Mnogi trgovci s fizi\u010dnimi trgovinami si bodo morali vzeti nekaj \u010dasa za razmislek, <strong>kako nakupovanje v \u017eivo spremeniti v izku\u0161njo<\/strong> \u2013 tudi in predvsem z uporabo novih tehnologij.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po drugi strani pa spletne trgovine kot take \u0161e ne zagotavljajo uspeha.
