Kar bi najbolj prizadelo mala podjetja, ki lahko zdaj u\u010dinkovito ogla\u0161ujejo na velikih platformah. Kak\u0161en bi bil digitalni marketing brez teh pi\u0161kotkov?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pi\u0161kotki so (bili) prvotno namenjeni predvsem bolj\u0161i uporabni\u0161ki izku\u0161nji na spletnih straneh. V te male tekstovne datoteke se bele\u017eijo va\u0161e nastavitve, preference, podatki za spletne obrazce, pa tudi izdelki v ko\u0161aricah spletnih trgovin in ostali podatki o nakupih. Spletne strani s pomo\u010djo pi\u0161kotkov bele\u017eijo statistike obiskov in tudi odkrivajo ter odpravljajo razli\u010dne napake.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spletne strani imajo tako svoje (first-party) pi\u0161kotke kot tudi druge (third-party) pi\u0161kotke. Medtem ko spletne strani za bolj\u0161o uporabni\u0161ko izku\u0161njo na svojem spletnem mestu uporabljajo lastne pi\u0161kotke, pa drugi (third-party) pi\u0161kotki izvirajo z drugih spletnih strani. Nameni so razli\u010dni, od <a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/marketinske-storitve\/spletna-analitika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">analitike<\/a> (npr. Google Analytics) do ogla\u0161evanja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Velik udarec za remarketing?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Facebook, Google, Amazon in podobne platforme jih uporabljajo predvsem za <a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/blog\/last-minute-ponudba-samo-za-vas-usodno-nakljucje-ali-remarketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">remarketing<\/a> oziroma za prikazovanje retargeting oglasov. Najve\u010dja dodana vrednost za ogla\u0161evalce (in, kot bomo videli v nadaljevanju, najve\u010dji problem v o\u010deh potro\u0161nikov) je v tem, da brskalniki pomo\u010djo drugih pi\u0161kotkov shranjujejo podatke o vseh spletnih obiskih, te podatke pa se nato uporablja za remarketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ravno na teh, third-party pi\u0161kotkih, temelji velik del digitalnega marketinga in programati\u010dnega ogla\u0161evanja. V zadnjem \u010dasu, ko nara\u0161\u010dajo skrbi glede zasebnosti na spletu, se vse bolj krepijo pritiski potro\u0161nikov in zastopnikov njihovih pravic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Google vs. Facebook vs. Apple<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko so pri <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vox.com\/recode\/2021\/6\/24\/22548700\/google-cookies-ban-delay-floc-tracking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Googlu napovedali<\/a>, da bodo v letu 2022 iz svojega brskalnika Chrome umaknili druge (third-party) pi\u0161kotke, je mnogim postalo jasno, da se nahajamo na robu velike spremembe. To je postalo \u0161e bolj o\u010ditno ob sporu Facebooka in Appla v letu 2020, ko je posodobitev brskalnika Safari blokirala third-party pi\u0161kotke. To je seveda neposredno prizadelo Facebook in njihove ogla\u0161evalske prihodke (ve\u010d o storitvi <a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/marketinske-storitve\/facebook-oglasevanje\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook ogla\u0161evanja<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple je seveda sku\u0161al poskrbeti za zasebnost svojih uporabnikov, kar pa je pomenilo neposreden napad na glavni vir prihodkov Facebooka. Spor, ki se je razplamtel v pravo medijsko vojno, se \u0161e kar nadaljuje, medtem pa je postalo jasno, da bo na koncu zasebnost potro\u0161nikov privedla do konca third-party pi\u0161kotkov. Jasno je namre\u010d, da bi potro\u0161niki raje izbrali ve\u010djo zasebnost kot personalizacijo oglasov (vir: Nielsen).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedaj pa glavno vpra\u0161anje, ki bo zaznamovalo prihodnost digitalnega marketinga:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kaj ukinitev third-party pi\u0161kotkov pomeni za digitalni marketing?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To so spletna podro\u010dja, ki bodo po na\u0161em mnenju dele\u017ena najve\u010djih sprememb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Remarketing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolj bodo na udaru retargeting oglasi, ki zdaj ogla\u0161evalcem omogo\u010dajo, da znotraj svoje kampanje sledijo spletnim uporabnikom po spletu in (resda ne povsod) prikazujejo oglase, ki ustrezajo njihovim preferencam. Dokler ne bo na voljo ustrezne alternative, lahko to pomeni resen upad u\u010dinkovitosti digitalnih kampanj.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Povratek v mno\u017ei\u010dno ogla\u0161evanje na spletu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce s spletnimi oglasi ne morete targetirati, kaj vam preostane? Se lahko zgodi, da bi bile kampanje digitalnega marketinga prisiljene storiti korak (ali dva) nazaj in se vrniti v \u010dase zakupa \u010dasovno dolo\u010denih pozicij na izbranih spletnih straneh ter merjenja CPC (cost-per-click) in CPA (cost-per-action)? Predstavljate si, kaj bi se zgodilo z u\u010dinkovitostjo (ROI) kampanj. Zdi se neverjetno, a ni povsem nemogo\u010de.&nbsp;A brez skrbi \u2013 na\u0161i strokovnjaki ves \u010das sledijo vsem spremembam tudi na tem podro\u010dju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u010d denarja za ogla\u0161evanje na platformah in ve\u010dje spletne zalo\u017enike<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lahko bi sklepali tudi, da bo to pomenilo \u0161e ve\u010dji fokus ogla\u0161evalcev na najve\u010dje platforme (Facebook, YouTube, Amazon \u2026), katerih dele\u017e na celotnem trgu digitalnega ogla\u0161evanja v zadnjih letih \u017ee tako ali tako raste. To bi torej lahko prineslo \u0161e ve\u010djo oligopolizacijo velikih tehnolo\u0161kih platform na podro\u010dju digitalnega ogla\u0161evanja. Del preusmerjenega denarja ogla\u0161evalcev bi se verjetno stekel tudi k ve\u010djim spletnim zalo\u017enikom, ki z registracijo in nadaljnjo segmentacijo uporabnikov gradijo svoje baze, ki seveda temeljijo na lastnih (first-party) pi\u0161kotkih.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Monetizacija spletnih mest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Izpad third-party pi\u0161kotkov bi lahko v veliki meri izni\u010dil mo\u017enost personalizacije spletnih oglasov, kar bi privedlo do upada prihodkov iz ogla\u0161evanja za spletne zalo\u017enike in razli\u010dna spletna mesta, ki zdaj svoj doseg monetizirajo s prodajo oglasov.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pla\u010dljive vsebine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri\u0161lo bi lahko do pove\u010danja \u0161tevila spletnih mest, predvsem novi\u010darskih in raznih specializiranih portalov, ki bodo prisiljeni uvesti t. i. paywall, ko lahko uporabniki dostopajo do spletnih vsebin le ob pla\u010dilu. To bi zmanj\u0161alo obseg prosto dostopnih vsebin na spletu, saj bo del svetovnega spleta prisiljen v iskanje prihodkovnih alternativ.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obstajajo alternative &#8220;third-party&#8221; spletnim pi\u0161kotkom?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obstaja nekaj mo\u017enosti, ki se nana\u0161ajo predvsem na razli\u010dne oblike alternativnih identifikatorjev, kot sta na primer NetID ali Admixer ID.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdi se, da je v tem trenutku najbli\u017eje (vsaj delni) re\u0161itvi ravno Google. Poimenovali so jo FLoC (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Federated_Learning_of_Cohorts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Federated Learning of Cohorts<\/a>). Gre za algoritem, ki sledi uporabniku po razli\u010dnih spletnih mestih in nato oblikuje kohorte interesa, katerim se nato prilagaja ogla\u0161evanje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FLoC omogo\u010da razvr\u0161\u010danje spletnih uporabnikov v skupine s podobno zgodovino spletnih obiskov, podatki pa se ne po\u0161iljajo na zunanje stre\u017enike. Targetiranje s pomo\u010djo Googlovega algoritma tako ne bi bilo osredoto\u010deno na posamezne spletne identitete, ampak na posami\u010dne kohorte. Na ta na\u010din sicer ne bi bilo mogo\u010de slediti uporabniku po spletu in mu prikazovati retargeting oglasov.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ima pa Google z novo algoritemsko re\u0161itvijo velik problem, in sicer GDPR, uredbo o varovanju osebnih podatkov, ki je verjetno tudi eden od razlogov za zapoznelo testiranje FLoC-a v Evropi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ukrepajte takoj!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne glede na to, kak\u0161ne re\u0161itve bo za digitalni marketing prinesel konec third-party pi\u0161kotkov, je jasno, da bo v bodo\u010de bolje poskrbljeno za zasebnost spletnih uporabnikov.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verjamemo tudi, da bo digitalni marketing na\u0161el u\u010dinkovite na\u010dine ogla\u0161evanja, ki bodo hkrati ohranili tako zasebnost spletnih uporabnikov kot tudi u\u010dinkovitost digitalnega ogla\u0161evanja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pa nujno, da vsi ogla\u0161evalci \u2013 tako velika kot mala podjetja \u2013 \u017ee danes pri\u010dnejo razmi\u0161ljati o <a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/marketinske-storitve\/izdelava-digitalne-strategije\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">strategiji digitalnega marketinga<\/a> v prihodnjih letih.
