Razumevanje teh osnovnih metrik pa vam bo pomagalo tudi pri ogla\u0161evanju na drugih ogla\u0161evalskih kanalih (npr. Google Ads ogla\u0161evanje ali video in YouTube ogla\u0161evanje).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Kako veste, da va\u0161a kampanja uspe\u0161no deluje?<\/h2>\n<p>Izraz <strong>KPI<\/strong> (<em>Key Performance Indicator, slov. klju\u010dni kazalnik uspeha)<\/em> predstavlja <strong>\u0161tevilske kriterije<\/strong>, po katerih se, na podlagi <strong>vnaprej opredeljenih ciljev<\/strong>, <strong>dolo\u010da uspe\u0161nost kampanje<\/strong> ali strategije. <strong>Izhodi\u0161\u010de za dolo\u010ditev KPI-jev<\/strong> je povezano z opredelitvijo ciljev. Na ravni ciljev Facebook kampanje lahko izbiramo med <strong>3 glavnimi cilji<\/strong> kampanj: Ozave\u0161\u010danje (<em>Awareness<\/em>), zavedanje (<em>Consideration<\/em>) in konverzija (<em>Conversion<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Torej, \u010de ste za cilj va\u0161e konverzijsko naravnane kampanje dolo\u010dili povi\u0161anje prodaje izdelkov iz va\u0161e spletne trgovine, je smotrno, da <strong>pred za\u010detkom ogla\u0161evanja dolo\u010dite, kateri bodo va\u0161i klju\u010dni kazalniki uspeha<\/strong>. V primeru cilja povi\u0161anja prodaje izdelkov, bosta za vas najpomembnej\u0161a kazalnika uspeha CPA (<em>Cost Per Acquisition, slov. stro\u0161ek na pridobitev)<\/em> in ROAS <em>(Return On Ad Spend, slov. Donosnost ogla\u0161evanja)<\/em>, pri \u010demer bo najpomembneje ohranjati \u010dim ni\u017eji CPA in dosegati \u010dim vi\u0161ji ROAS.<\/p>\n<p>Za razliko od va\u0161ega cilja, bodo klju\u010dni kazalniki uspeha vedno merljivi in izra\u017eeni s \u0161tevilko, ta \u0161tevilka pa bo v zgoraj navedenih okoli\u0161\u010dinah odvisna predvsem od va\u0161ih mar\u017e.<\/p>\n<p>Izmed mno\u017eice razpolo\u017eljivih metrik v Ads Managerju, ki jih lahko uporabimo kot KPI-je\u00a0 za merjenje uspe\u0161nosti kampanj, bomo v nadaljevanju predstavili tiste, ki so <strong>najpomembnej\u0161e pri odlo\u010ditvah glede optimizacije kampanj<\/strong> in <strong>pri opredelitvi (ne)uspe\u0161nosti<\/strong> <strong>posamezne kampanje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1.\u00a0 \u00a0Stopnja klikov ali CTR (Click-Through-Rate)<\/h3>\n<p><em>CTR ali Click-through-rate<\/em> (slov. stopnja klikov) je <strong>razmerje med prikazi<\/strong> (<em>Impressions)<\/em> <strong>in kliki<\/strong>. Izra\u017ea dele\u017e, koliko je bilo klikov glede na vse prikaze oglasa. Nizek CTR pomeni, da ciljno ob\u010dinstvo ne klika na va\u0161 oglas. Video oglasi na\u010deloma dosegajo vi\u0161ji CTR, s tem pa je tudi njihova cena na klik (CPC) ni\u017eja.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce <strong>pri konverzijskih kampanjah<\/strong> dosegate nizek CPA (metrika je pojasnjena v nadaljevanju \u010dlanka), CTR ni tako pomemben. Vsekakor pa izbolj\u0161anje CTR-ja vi\u0161a relevantnost oglasov (<em>Ad Relevance<\/em>), s tem pa lahko \u0161e dodatno pripomorete k ni\u017eanju CPA-ja. Na drugi strani je za <strong>kampanje s ciljem pove\u010danja prometa<\/strong> (t. i. <em>Traffic<\/em>) na spletni strani CTR ena od klju\u010dnih metrik, ki jo morate spremljati. To vam omogo\u010da, da v pravem trenutku prepoznate morebitne prepreke in jih odpravite, preden porabite ves na\u010drtovan prora\u010dun kampanje. V primeru, da kljub visokemu CTR-ju <strong>va\u0161 oglas ne prina\u0161a \u017eelenih konverzij<\/strong>, je potrebno te\u017eavo iskati v <strong>vsebini pristajalne strani<\/strong>, saj se ta morda ne sklada z vsebino oglasa. Bistvenega pomena je, da je vsa optimizacija odvisna od va\u0161ih ciljev in zastavljenih KPI-jev.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2.\u00a0 \u00a0Cena na 1 000 prikazov ali CPM (Cost-per-Impression)<\/h3>\n<p>CPM ali Cost-per-Impression (slov. cena na prikaz) je cena<strong> za 1 000 prikazov<\/strong> <em>(Impressions)<\/em>. Na nizek CPM med drugim vpliva visok <em>engagement<\/em> oziroma visok odstotek anga\u017eiranosti ciljnega ob\u010dinstva (preko klikov, v\u0161e\u010dkov, komentarjev, deljenj itd.).<\/p>\n<p>Nasprotno bo na visok CPM vplivala \u2018nedosegljivost\u2019 ciljne publike, bodisi zaradi njene majhnosti bodisi zaradi neprimerne umestitve oglasa za izbrano ciljno publiko.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3.\u00a0 \u00a0Frekvenca ali Frequency<\/h3>\n<p><em>Frequency <\/em>ali frekvenca je parameter, ki pove, <strong>kolikokrat, v povpre\u010dju, se je posamezen oglas prikazal uporabniku<\/strong>. Jasno je, da je to \u0161tevilo <strong>odvisno predvsem od velikosti izbranega ob\u010dinstva<\/strong> <strong>in<\/strong> pa od samega <strong>finan\u010dnega vlo\u017eka<\/strong>. Doseg bo za vas pomembna metrika predvsem, kadar bo cilj va\u0161e ogla\u0161evalske kampanje <strong>ozave\u0161\u010danje<\/strong> ciljnega ob\u010dinstva o va\u0161i znamki.<\/p>\n<p>Na tem mestu naj opozorimo, da velikokrat prihaja do zmede in nejasnosti <strong>med dosegom in prikazi<\/strong> <em>(Impressions)<\/em>. Prikazi bele\u017eijo, <strong>kolikokrat je bil va\u0161 oglas prikazan<\/strong>. Torej, \u010de je 5 ljudi videlo oglas trikrat, je oglas dosegel 5 ljudi, prikazan pa je bil petnajstkrat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>5.\u00a0 \u00a0Cena na pridobitev ali CPA (Cost-per-Acquisition)<\/h3>\n<p>CPA ali Cost-per-Acquisition (slov. cena na pridobitev) predstavlja ceno za uresni\u010ditev dolo\u010dene akcije (metrika se v\u010dasih imenuje tudi <em>Cost per Action<\/em>). Najpogosteje gre za ceno na pridobljen lead, nakup izdelka ali storitve, prenos vodi\u010da in podobno. Lahko gre za pridobitev leada (kontakta), nakup ali npr. dodajanje izdelka v ko\u0161arico, \u010de kampanj ne moremo optimizirati za nakup.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na kak\u0161en na\u010din ugotoviti, ali je CPA va\u0161e kampanje ustrezen in s tem kampanja uspe\u0161na? <strong>Ustrezen CPA<\/strong> je tisti, ki va\u0161im kampanjam <strong>prina\u0161a profitabilnost<\/strong> in je odvisen predvsem od va\u0161ih <strong>mar\u017e<\/strong>. Zato je zelo pomembno, da pred za\u010detkom ogla\u0161evanja <strong>dolo\u010dite mejo<\/strong>, ki za vas prina\u0161a profitabilnost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>6.\u00a0 \u00a0Donosnost ogla\u0161evanja ali ROAS (Return On Ad Spend)<\/h3>\n<p><em>ROAS<\/em> ali Return on Ad Spend (slov. donosnost ogla\u0161evanja oz. porabe oglasa) je tista metrika, ki skupaj z \u017ee omenjenim CPA-jem, jasno prikazuje uspe\u0161nost kampanje in predstavlja <strong>znesek, ki ga dobimo z vsakim vlo\u017eenim evrom<\/strong>. Na tem mestu naj ponovno poudarimo, da lahko kampanje z visokim CTR-jem rezultirajo v zelo nizkih CR-jih, ravno na ra\u010dun slabe uporabni\u0161ke izku\u0161nje na pristajalni strani.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>8.\u00a0 \u00a0Cena na klik ali CPC (cost per click)<\/h3>\n<p><em>CPC ali Cost per click<\/em> (slov. cena na klik) je pomemben KPI predvsem pri kampanjah s ciljem pove\u010danja prometa na strani (<em>Traffic<\/em> kampanje). Predstavlja namre\u010d <strong>vsoto, ki jo pla\u010date za en klik<\/strong>. Stro\u0161ek na posamezen klik se bo sorazmerno <strong>pove\u010deval s frekvenco oglasov<\/strong>. Pa vendar, naj vas vi\u0161ji CPC ne prestra\u0161i. Pri konverzijskih kampanjah z visoko stopnjo konverzije ali kampanjah, optimiziranih na visoko frekvenco oglasov, je ta lahko zanemarljiv.
