Kdo pe\u010de najbolj\u0161e hamburgerje v Ljubljani? Za koga ste navijali v finalu Lige prvakov?<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Vpra\u0161anja, na katera obstaja mno\u017eica pravilnih odgovorov in trije, ki vas lahko hitro spremenijo v dru\u017ebenega izob\u010denca: <em>ne spremljam, ne vem in me ne zanima.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Ljudje radi vemo, kaj se dogaja, \u017eelimo si biti udele\u017eeni v stvareh, povezani med sabo, skratka v sredi\u0161\u010du dogajanja. In v tem le\u017ei prava vrednost <strong>FOMO (Fear of missing out)<\/strong> v marketingu.<\/p>\r\n<p>V ekonomiji pozornosti vsi tekmujemo za ko\u0161\u010dek \u010dasa in misli na\u0161ih kupcev. Zato prav poznavanje osnovnih zakonitosti \u010dlove\u0161kega ravnanja lahko na\u0161o znamko in produkt povzdigne nad konkurenco tudi v najbolj zasi\u010denih ni\u0161ah. Uporaba strahu pred tem, da bi nekaj zamudili, je tako lahko izjemno mo\u010dno <strong>marketin\u0161ko orodje<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\r\n<p><em>Za ve\u010dino med nami je nakup \u0161e vedno bolj\u0161a izbira od zapravljene prilo\u017enosti.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>FOMO v praksi<\/h2>\r\n<p>Recimo, da se po\u010dasi odlo\u010damo za nakup novega vozila. Imamo okvirno ceno, do katere smo se pripravljeni pogajati, vemo, kako ekonomi\u010dno porabo lahko pri\u010dakujemo, seznam \u017eeljene dodatne opreme je spisan, glede velikosti prtlja\u017enika in barve pa \u0161e i\u0161\u010demo pravi kompromis.<\/p>\r\n<p>In zdaj se zgodi. Na Facebook-u nas zadane oglas za vozila iz zaloge po krepko zni\u017eanih cenah. Za nakup vozila smo \u017ee zainteresirani, ampak na voljo so samo \u0161e trije modeli, ki ustrezajo vsem na\u0161im pri\u010dakovanjem.<\/p>\r\n<p>Na\u0161 strah pred tem, da bi zamudili ugodno ponudbo, se je kar naenkrat prestavil v vi\u0161je obrate.<\/p>\r\n<p>In \u010de stvar deluje pri dolgo na\u010drtovanih in racionalno utemeljenih nakupih vi\u0161je vrednosti, med katere zagotovo spadajo avtomobili, si lahko samo predstavljamo, kako u\u010dinkovit je FOMO na podro\u010djih kot so zabavna elektronika, moda, kozmetika in prosti \u010das.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prav zato v nadaljevanju predstavljamo nekaj najbolj osnovnih <strong>taktik<\/strong>, s katerimi lahko FOMO izkoristimo za <strong>pove\u010danje na\u0161e prodaje.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Pomanjkanje ustvarja povpra\u0161evanje<\/h2>\r\n<p>Pri spletni prodaji lahko preprosto uporabimo na\u010dela FOMO s prikazom <strong>omejenih zalog<\/strong> na produktnih straneh. \u010ce k ceni pripi\u0161emo \u0161e <em>\u201cSamo \u0161e dva izdelka na zalogi\u201d <\/em>ali celo <em>\u201cZadnji kos!\u201d<\/em>, s tem <strong>spodbudimo nujnost takoj\u0161njega nakupa<\/strong>. Tako nekoliko omejimo naravno potrebo stranke, da bi brskala naprej in iskala podobne izdelke pri konkurenci. Po drugi strani pa lahko omejimo tudi, koliko \u010dasa bo ponudba ostala aktualna.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\r\n<p><em>Jasno sporo\u010dilo, da je ponudba \u010dasovno omejena, spodbuja impulzivne nakupe in <strong>zvi\u0161uje vrednost<\/strong> nagrade oziroma izdelka.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u010crni petek je vrhunec prodaje postal predvsem zato, ker traja razprodaja samo en dan. Pa \u010deprav mu sledijo <em>kiber<\/em> ponedeljek, sezonska zni\u017eanja, prazni\u010dne razprodaje in posezonska super zni\u017eanja.<\/p>\r\n<p>V najbolj \u010disti obliki pa lahko to opazujemo na <em>Kickstarterju<\/em>. Zgodnji uporabniki se v zameno za nekoliko dalj\u0161e pri\u010dakovanje lahko nadejajo ugodnej\u0161ih cen, darilc in posebnih omemb. In kot po naklju\u010dju se med njimi najpogosteje znajdejo \u0161e bodo\u010di ambasadorji blagovne znamke.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Kdor deli, za drugega skrbi<\/h2>\r\n<p>\u010ce na zahvalni strani ali drugje v ponakupnem procesu dovolj dobro <strong>motiviramo na\u0161e kupce k deljenju svojih izku\u0161enj z na\u0161imi produkti<\/strong>, lahko s tem precej pripomoremo k \u0161irjenju na\u0161ega dobrega imena v krogih, ki jih \u0161e nismo zavzeli.<\/p>\r\n<p>S tem v nakupni proces prihodnjih strank pripeljemo \u0161e dodatno <strong>\u010dustveno komponento zaupanja<\/strong> po eni strani in pritiska vrstnikov po drugi. Sosedova trava seveda ne sme biti bolj zelena, avto pa ne hitrej\u0161i.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Ne tako zelo stroga ekskluzivnost<\/h2>\r\n<p>Ljudje smo radi nekaj posebnega in prav zato obo\u017eujemo ekskluzivne ponudbe.<\/p>\r\n<p>Facebook je v za\u010detnih fazah dosegal neverjetno rast \u0161tevila uporabnikov tudi zaradi omejevanja, koga bodo sploh sprejeli medse. Vabila za Gmail so v zgodnjem obdobju tega servisa veljala za eno od najbolj stabilnih valut v internetnem svetu. \u0160e vedno pa lahko opazujemo dolge vrste pred trgovinami ob prihodu novega iPhona.<\/p>\r\n<p>Seveda pri obi\u010dajni spletni prodaji ni potrebe po tako drasti\u010dnih ukrepih. Ekskluzivne ponudbe in ugodnosti pa vseeno <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/locite-zrno-od-plevela-z-ucinkovito-lead-generation-kampanjo\/\">privabljajo nove leade<\/a><\/strong> in <strong>spodbujajo zvestobo obstoje\u010dih strank<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ne pozabimo pa, da ekskluzivnost izgubi svojo vrednost, \u010de isto ugodnost ponujamo vsepovprek. \u010ce obljubimo naro\u010dnikom newslettra ekskluzivno kodo, ki jo \u0161e isti trenutek lepimo po vseh dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih, smo s tem hitro razvrednotili prvotno ponudbo.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Samo \u0161e danes je \u010das, da uporabite FOMO!<\/h2>\r\n<p><em>No, ni \u0161e tako hudo.<\/em> Strah pred tem, da bi nekaj zamudili, ni ni\u010d novega. \u017de na\u0161i stari star\u0161i so obupovali, \u010de sta se v dveh sosednjih vaseh hkrati dogajali veselici in niso vedeli, na kateri bodo lahko zaplesali s svojo simpatijo.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prav zato FOMO ni zgolj produkt dru\u017ebenih omre\u017eij in posledi\u010dno tudi ni nevarnosti, da bi taktike izgubile svoj u\u010dinek, ko se bodo nakupne navade spremenile.<\/p>\r\n<p>Je pa v dobi ve\u010dnega preverjanja novih obvestil na telefonih, iskanja bolj\u0161e ponudbe in izpostavljenosti bombardiranju z informacijami <strong>eden od najbolj u\u010dinkovitih na\u010dinov za <a href=\"https:\/\/madwise.si\/prodaja-je-kot-kolo-bolj-kot-ga-poganjas-hitreje-prides-v-brda\/\">pove\u010danje prodaje<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kako lahko uporabite koncept FOMO v korist va\u0161ega posla?
